1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you can cancel within 14 days for eligible items.

2. Exclusions
As our products are print-on-demand, returns are not accepted unless:

• The item is defective
• The item received is incorrect

Please note: All items currently on the website are Print-On-Demand, with printing completed in the closest facility to you. Therefore, no returns are accepted on any items, including regarding sizing. Please pay close attention to sizing guides for each item, as you may prefer our T-shirts in a Large size, but you may prefer an XL or XXL in our hoodies.

3. Reporting Issues
Email notadik@dikt8r.shop within 7 days of receipt with:

• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Clear photo evidence

4. Refunds
Once verified, we’ll:

• Reprint and reship OR
• Refund the item cost (original payment method)

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
